Seminar objectives:

 

- Provide a forum for learning and sharing views on access to medicines in EECA with particular focus on challenges in procurement systems.

- Learn about and comment on draft methodology for regional procurement research project. Prepared to implement research upon return to country.

- Create advocacy strategy at national, regional and international levels for research project.

- Identify priority areas and activities for EECA in access to medicines field for next 3-5 years with the intention of circulating this documentation to funders.

- Meet colleagues who are working on access to medicines and procurement issues leading to stronger collaborative efforts.
