Participants will be divided into small groups to discuss specific cases, which may include legal and social issues, parenting and child custody concerns, domestic violence, and discriminatory treatment by medical professionals.

Pregnancy and Addiction: Problematic Substance Use in Pregnancy- Integrating the community and hospital within a harm reduction model to improve outcomes

Case Management and Harm Reduction Counseling

Basic principles of case management and specific features of a case management project designed for drug using women; Motivational interviewing as a special method of counseling when a client makes such a difficult choice as avoiding or reducing drug use during pregnancy.
