Objectives:

 

The workshop will build upon the concepts introduced in the Oct 17-18, 2008 Bucharest workshop. The goals of the training include the following:

 

- To provide training on budget processes and applied budget work,

- To provide training on health budget analysis & expenditure tracking, for both public & donor funds;

- To provide an overview of developing a budget advocacy strategy;

- To provide assistance in developing full project proposals and workplans, including specific research and advocacy goals for each project's budget analysis work and Terms of Reference.
